Responsible for the full production of diverse structure designs from inception to construction including: retail, office, medical, airport terminal development, educational institutions, residential structures and pedestrian movement research and advisement projects. Progressive experience includes:► Project Management/Compliance Assurance: Responsible for the full entitlement process through to construction administration; managing all phases including SD, DD, CD, CA and spec writing to final close-out.► Collaboration with Land Acquisitions/Development: Routinely work with developers on pre-purchase of land; aiding in pro-formas to ensure project success and stability for the client. ► Design and Project Development: Able to effectively manage sub-consultants in the Structural, MEP, Civil Engineering, Energy disciplines and specialty consultants, in a collaborative manner to complete a positive design experience.

Recruited by Wyatt & Associates to manage design development from initial concept to full construction. Responsible for Cad production of full CD sets, including retail space and planning, entitlements, office buildings, specs, medical facilities, school remodels, and warehouse facility development.

Secured internship with the Buffalo Deign Collaborative immediately after completing Bachelors program at the University of New York at Buffalo. Responsible for the design production of varied architecture projects. Managed Cad production for high-end residential projects, churches and small, light commercial projects.
