Jeff has partnered with KWH Energy Solutions to provide utility consulting, electricity brokerage and bill audit functions to the multifamily and commercial real estate industries. KWH is a leader in electricity consulting and brokerage in deregulated utility markets. KWH represents multifamily and commercial real estate clients in providing maximum savings on their common area electricity, Continuing Service Agreements, and generating revenue through marketing agreements. Jeff utilitzes his 25 years of property management experience to maximize savings on utility expenses and increase NOI through bill audits and marketing agreements. KWH Energy Solutions now provides solutions for natural gas contracts and energy efficient lighting upgrades.

Responsible for geographic region including Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and multiple Texas markets. Supervisory responsibility for up to 17 direct reports and 500 employees, over 20,000 units and 100+ properties. Responsibilities include oversight and p&l responsibility for regional and satellite offices including support personnel, construction management, compliance, brokerage and transportation. Responsible for new business development, pre-acquisition analysis, and due diligence. Portfolio included all classes and types of property: Conventional, Section 42 LIHTC, bond-financed, institutional, and privately owned.

Direct supervision of a 2,475 unit portfolio valued at over $70,000,000. Class "A" portfolio located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Primary client was large institutional pension fund advisor.
