I am a Managing Director and Senior Partner at BCG, leading the Technology and Digital Advantage practice for Asia Pacific and the Leader for BCG X in Greater China. In my role, I focus on enabling artificial intelligence (AI) at scale, and agile digital transformation, particularly involving advanced analytics and enhancing tech and digital integration. With over 20 years of experience in strategy development and operations for consumer goods companies and retailers, I bring a unique understanding of the dynamic Chinese consumer. Additionally, I have expertise in home appliances, spirits, sportswear apparel, consumer electronics, food, luxury goods and beverages. Over the course of my career with Boston Consulting Group, I've led multiple projects in China including growth strategy development, M&A, new category entry evaluation, e-commerce, organization design, sourcing optimization, geographic expansion, brand re-positioning, retail format design, retail footprint planning and retail assortment planning.Based in Hong Kong, I'm an expert in the evolving consumer landscape in China, including consumer consumption patterns, the geographic distribution of China's growing middle class, online behavior and the growth of e-commerce. I bring a deep knowledge of retail analytics for category management and operations, including experience designing the replenishment algorithms for one of the largest retailers in the world.Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, skiing, and spending time with my family.
