I bring passion, dedication, TEAMwork and professionalism to every event, game and project I work on.My first 10+ years in TV news, taught me to be cool and calm in daily deadline pressure situations, to trust my instincts and to not be afraid to push the limits of creativity. I developed an Emmy award winning standard of TV production values at the speed of TV news, while telling a story and touching the heart. My next 12 years in television production in the NFL with the Jacksonville Jaguars, I managed on the corporate side, as well as managing and producing local television programming. Not just being the creative leader, but guiding a TV production staff and how we blend in with the organization and marketing goals of the Jaguars. I established a harmonious, energetic and creative working environment. Surrounded with people who are hard working, team-oriented and passionate about their craft with an Award winning level of production values.In 2007, I started my own freelance business, BLJ Media Works, Inc., as a Field Producer and Network TV Sports Cameraman, which takes up ALL my free time. While also working full time in the medical field at UF Health Jacksonville as a videographer and producer. I now use all my years of TV production experience to inform the hospital staff on hospital news and departmental updates. I provide the physicians and medical departments, with videos to assist them in educating young residents, physicians and staff with the latest news and advances in medical technology available at UF Health. During COVID in 2020, my work flow evolved into a daily effort to keep the hospital staff of 7000+ informed and up to date on the daily numbers and changes in the monitoring and documentation of patients, vaccines and safety measures involved with the global pandemic. That has since evolved into a biweekly news brief, updating the staff with current and upcoming events at UF Health. I continue living my dream to this day! Always evolving, growing and making a difference in the TV industry in Jacksonville and all over the Southeast region of the US. I love my job!I am an NPPA Workshop Certified, "Storyteller"​. A people person. I want my story's and subjects to be their most authentic and genuine. To convey their best natural self on camera.
