I am responsible for managing the Matrox business division within my organization. My responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue for the Matrox product line, as well as working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and execution of business plans.In addition, I am responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

-Directly reporting to the CEO.-Defining the company's positioning, identifying target markets, and developing marketing strategies with clear goals for various channels and customer segments.- Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support, and driving collaboration to ensure successful implementation.- Analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to create effective marketing strategies.- Leading a six-member team.-Conducting reviews of the design and content to ensure high-quality marketing materials.-Creating, maintaining, and conducting analytics reporting across numerous platforms to gather important data for upcoming campaign creation and go-to-market plans.-Partnering with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.-Managing content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.-Gathering customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.-Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimizing them accordingly.-Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
