Current• Built and revamped the regional sales team and lead sales management processes in areas of improvement, recruitment, social selling. Managed sales budgets and targets, pricing. Led talent management and staffing efforts.• Establish strategic relationships with key medical manufacture to increase brand awareness with a strong ability to analyze, interpret and convert company data into sales plans and actions that drive meaningful results• Manage and utilize financial reporting to analyze business needs, P&L, costs/budgets, and economic earnings to achieve quarterly and yearly financial targets/forecasts and pipeline development. • Lead commercial processes to build and execute commercial plans in accordance with company objectives while driving growth across identified customer channels that exceeds bank forecasts•Ensure Company pricing is maintained and optimized across company sales channels and manage regular price adjustments to maximize results• Collaborate with all other departments to lead commercial requirements within product development; successfully launch new products according to agreed company plans (On average 18 new products yearly)• Manage the operational selling and marketing relationships with customers including “pre-marketing” product/project development, forecasting, promotion planning, inventory management and business reporting
