I am a ambitious, progressive and challenger-minded marketer and brand builder, customer experience champion and commercial business leader. I've worked internationally in senior roles with some of the world's most famous companies in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (Unilever and PepsiCo), Quick Service Restaurants (First McDonald's, now Burger King), general merchandise Retail and eCommerce (Clas Ohlson), as well as in Hotels and Resorts and in creative agencies. I've led diverse multi-country Marketing, Merchandising, Sales and Digital Teams at Country, Regional and Global levels. I believe the greatest marketing and business strategies can only become great when understood and embraced fully by the organization, coming to life in outstanding execution every day. A dual and fully-bilingual Swedish Canadian citizen, I'm passionate about promoting healthy and active lifestyles through sport and exercise. I've worked extensively in sponsorship with sports teams, leagues and organizations extensively in multiple countries, I've enjoyed sitting as a board member of Mora IK, a Swedish professional hockey club, and for the past 5 years I'm proudly serving on the board of Vasaloppet, the iconic Swedish sports association that operates the world's largest cross-country skiing, mountain biking, and trail-running races.

I led a team of 20 marketers, analysts and digital experts, as well as 5 agency teams. I was part of the Senior Leadership Team with sales, profit, and leadership responsibility for 200 restaurants, 50 franchisees and 12,000 associates. A significant part of my responsibility included frequent meetings both formal and informal with franchisees, and regular reporting to the Chairman and Board Directors of the McDonald's of Sweden Franchise Marketing Coop Board, which I led. In addition to consistently achieving and often exceeding annual sales targets through balanced execution of menu product, pricing, revenue management and promotion strategies, I helped transform the retail experience to incorporate digital and mobile solutions that improved speed, increased visits, increased revenues, and increased customer satisfaction. I was a multiple winner of the McDonalds Global Presidents award, for Digital transformation and digital marketing excellence. Our brand launched many successful multi-year brand building campaigns under my leadership. We were awarded Sweden's Advertiser of The Year in 2015, as well as finalist in 2013, 2014 and 2016.
