After building the event sales function and revitalizing The Stage venue, I was promoted to lead all marketing operations for hotel and casino venues. I led 20+ staff in sales, marketing, and client relations efforts for a thriving business with 10-15 events per month. I also had significant financial responsibilities, including forecasting, expense.

I was promoted to overhaul The Stage, an entertainment venue that lost a significant amount of money per month when I joined. Using savvy financial skills, I maximized the budget and negotiated contracts to cut costs. I built both a web sales platform and marketing campaigns that drove revenue up to $50K per event, on top of private and corporate event.

I was hired to establish the casino's sales function from scratch, building out their sales operations, website, marketing collateral, and a 3-person team. Driving sales strategy, I closed deals for hundreds of private and corporate events and secured recurring contracts with clients like HP, Ben E. Keith, and the PGA pro-am tournament.

On a daily basis, I oversaw operations of 7 radio stations and led B2B and digital marketing efforts. I developed and executed programming strategy for 2 stations, and I also conceptualized, branded, and launched 106.7 OMG Radio based on market gaps and demand.One of my proudest achievements was being nominated for Personality of the Year by the Radio.
