Manage the C4ISR & Space Business Unit in the Aerospace & Defense Sector for TTM. Responsibilities include all customer-facing activities for the $600M+ end markets -- sales, customer service, technology solutions and pricing, with full P&L responsibility for the business unit. Mission areas include navigation and guidance, surveillance, communications, commercial aerospace, electronic warfare and space. Products include systems solutions (Tier 1 integration), RF microwave and microelectronics, assembly and test and printed circuit boards.

Manage the Telecommunications, Networking & Computing end markets for TTM. Responsibilities include all customer-facing activities for the $500M+ end markets--sales, customer service, technology solutions and pricing--as well as planning, manufacturing (approximately 4000 employees) and profitability for the C&C plants

Responsible for assisting the CEO in driving the operating rhythm of the company. Activities included managing the agenda and hosting the biweekly Executive Team meetings, managing the Executive Team calendar, coordinating and hosting the annual Senior Leadership Conference for the top 80 managers in the company, coordinating and driving the annual Strategic Plan, coordinating sensitive company-wide communications and working closely with members of the Executive Team on a variety of special projects and individual activities.Successfully completed the coordination of the Viasystems integration into TTM Technologies Inc. which doubled the size of the organization to $2.5B, meeting all major milestones on time (see prior job for details).Reporting to the Senior Vice-President IT, successfully led the effort for the first two significant implementations of Oracle: the initial three plant implementation and one consolidated financial implementation for seven plants in Asia (see prior job for more details). Initiated effort to integrate key global transformational processes: forecasting, virtual P&L, new supplier portal and common customer master. Managed additional special projects.

Responsible for leading and coordinating the integration of Viasystems into TTM Technologies Inc., accountable directly to the CEO. The acquisition which doubles the size of the company to $2.5B, involves 28 plants and 30,000 people worldwide. The integration effort involves all Business (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, EH&S), Corporate (Finance, Tax, HR, IT, Legal) and Cross-Functional Teams (Communication & Change Management, Organizational Design). Go-to-market strategy includes, but is not limited to, the automotive, aerospace and defense, medical, industrial and instrumentation, cellular phone and networking/telecom end markets.Responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle version 12.2.4, reporting directly to the Senior Vice-President, IT. The effort addresses significant system and business process changes in the Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Manufacture & Order to Report (Finance) disciplines. Completed all project deliverables in a timely manner for both Phase I (overall system design) and Phase II (RICE object development and initial System Integration Test), with business leaders from the United States and Asia, representing the 14 plants affected worldwide.

Responsible for consumable & hardware procurement and logistics globally and for coordinating fulfillment efforts across the Western Union agent network. Responsible for initiating and supporting operational cost improvement strategies globally. Led a multi-functional Dodd-Frank Compliance team, modifying agent and consumer content to adhere to the revised law. Built an agent economics model, targeting significant cost reduction opportunities across Commission, Marketing, Compliance, Supply Chain & Customer Care costs.

Manage a printed circuit board facility with 23 managers and 450 employees. Responsible for the daily operation of the facility including EBIT, Sales/Customer Support, Manufacturing, Materials, Product Quality and Human Resources, in support of commercial and military customers in multiple geographies.

Responsible for the daily operation of the facility including EBIT, Sales/Customer Support, Manufacturing, Materials, Traffic/Customs, Product Quality and Human Resources, in support of customers in China, Japan, Europe and the United States.

Managed a materials organization with 5 Managers and 50 employees in 5 locations and three countries. Responsible for the global materials strategy across the Backplane Assembly & Systems Integration Divisions, including supplier selection, procurement, material cost and inventory management. Actively involved in managing EBIT and in pricing.
