Sr. IT Leader / IT Business Architect / Project Management Mentor.I've helped build a new PMO /Service Delivery organization for a mid-sized healthcare company, as well as been a VP of Operations for smaller IT companies. After a few years in the automotive industry, I am currently working as a Sr. Director PMO for a company in the correctional space and focusing on agile, building software solutions to support reentry and reduce recidivism (keeping people from going back into prison once they get out) as well as managing an HCM rollout and various operational projects/programs. My passions involve helping organizations look ahead through IT planning & strategy while adding value to the present. My background is diverse and ranges from Strategic IT Executive Business Relationship Management to VP Operations to IT consultant to SAP implementation consulting to Project & Portfolio Management to Entrepreneurial leader. I led the acquisition and merger efforts for multiple companies, led technical teams, developed 5-year IT roadmaps, supported IT operational needs for Finance, HR, Shared Services, Legal and Communications departments for Global enterprises as well as small start-ups.I'm a Christian, Husband, Father and IT Leader.
