My Finance journey started when my Mom went to our local bank drive thru, and the Head Teller said "What's Jeff up to this summer? Does he want to come work with us?" While I've had numerous experiences in my life that point to the power of supporting local & connecting with your community, this memory stands out for obvious reasons.Fast forward 20 years later, and my current role as a Managing Client Director with Kasasa allows me to once again serve local banks and credit unions. I help my partner institutions affordably grow core deposits, increase their non-interest income, optimize retail strategies, reward their local consumers with competitive reward products, and help support their growth efforts from front-line alignment to marketing programs.
