CurrentRepresent clients in securities and appellate matters, shareholder litigation, and data security and privacy disputes. Jeff has particular experience defending corporations and their officers and directors in derivative litigation involving executive compensation, accounting restatements, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, data breaches and other general allegations of mismanagement, as well as in shareholder suits, partnership disputes, and other corporate litigation. Jeff has also litigated cases in all stages of appeals, from interlocutory appeals in intermediate appellate courts to extraordinary writs at the Supreme Court of the United States. He specializes in litigation and advocacy before the Eighth Circuit.
