I graduated from Sheridan College with an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology, where I gained proficiency in CAD software, including Revit. Currently, I contribute my expertise to Eringate Homes, where I specialize in crafting detailed architectural designs that comply with the Ontario Building Code and zoning by-laws.At Eringate Homes, I act as an in-house technologist, utilizing my CAD and Revit skills to create and modify architectural designs as needed. I also leverage my proficiency in Twinmotion and the Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling project renders for marketing purposes.In addition to design and visualization, I play a pivotal role in customer satisfaction by working closely with homebuyers to ensure their homes are completed under the Tarion Warranty Corporation guidelines. I oversee the setup of Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and manage all related documentation, ensuring a seamless handover process.Furthermore, I collaborate closely with project managers to manage tenders and effectively source vendors, maintaining budget integrity and fostering strong team collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
