About Jeff Kaminsky
I drove Salesforce's Customer Success Group In-App Adoption Channel strategy, program management and partnership with our product organization. I curated the best resources Salesforce has to offer and surface them at the right time for customers in the most personalized way within the context of the Salesforce application. Prior to my product role, I owned events and manage educational programs that help our customers learn how to use the license they’ve purchased more effectively in an effort to retain them as customers. The audience of these programs ranges from our smallest SMB customers all the way to our largest, Fortune 100 accounts. I measure the success of the programs by an increase in product adoption (usage) and drive future sales. Prior to joining Salesforce, I worked in online education and digital marketing. I helped Medallia, a publicly-traded cx software company, scale its educational offerings by bringing its certification course online. I led the overhaul of a university's international digital marketing presence using design thinking principles. I was one of the first 50 employees at General Assembly as we began our initial efforts in online education. I was born and raised in San Francisco before going to New York University for my undergraduate degree. I designed my own major in the Gallatin School of Individualized Study, focusing on Entrepreneurship, Technology and Internet Media. This allowed me to explore my wide range of intellectual interests including design, data analytics, digital marketing, business development, social entrepreneurship, and designing my own courses in creativity and socially conscious technology. My passions outside of work include cooking, restaurants, wine, travel, politics, following Bay Area sports teams, technology trends, city planning, history, and live music.
Listed skills include Social Media, Social Media Marketing, Public Speaking, Editing, and 11 others.
