• Developed and executed strategies to reduce SOV trips for the Seattle Colleges. Marketed and administered the District’s employee commuter program. Represented the Seattle Colleges at various regional and city-wide boards and committees related to commute trip reduction, transit and transportation planning, such as the One Center City Advisory Board and the KCMC Access to Work and School committee. Provided outreach and consultation to employees about commute and travel options. Oversaw the payroll deduction component for employee commuter benefits. • Oversaw, planned, developed and managed various operations and facilities budgets exceeding $10M altogether• Identified, planned for, and oversaw major/minor renovations, repairs, and improvements; assisted in leadership of various capital projects in excess of $27M• Addressed weaknesses in the department by Implementing an efficient, automated work order reporting and management system college-wide as well as a more orderly method for custodians to record their work efforts; this resulted in an increase in the overall customer satisfaction rate among stakeholders of over 70% from January to May, 2011
