Forming part of the Senior Management team I oversee the operational activity on site at Lincoln and York Ltd. As Factory Manager for 16 years my key areas of responsibility typically include• Management, Development and Training of internal staff in excess of 50 people• Production and Technical Operations on site• Purchasing of all (non Coffee) raw materials associated with Coffee Production• Warehouse & Logistics Operation for raw material and finished goods for UK & Export market• Engineering activity on site including 3rd Party suppliers• Project management of multi-million pound investment programmes My previous Operations Management role for 14 years involved working within the fresh produce industry, dealing with the largest UK Multiples. The knowledge and experience gained during that period has been utilised fully at Lincoln and York Ltd and today I continue to have a hands on role ensuring the day to day activity of our business meets the current and future needs of all our customers and employees.
