Prior to becoming a Recruiter, I had the unique experience working in the medical device industry to help develop a new product (a nerve stimulator) as an R&D Engineer, and also help launch that same product as I transitioned into a Marketing Product Manager role, and ultimately help sell it off to another company. I am fascinated by the incredible products coming out of the medical device and biotech industries, and really enjoy helping smaller companies build the Regulatory and Quality teams they need to get these unique products on the market to the people that can really benefit from them.I use this experience and knowledge of what your daily life is like to help me better identify my client's needs, and to help people making a transition into a new job. My goal is to make the process for both individuals and hiring managers to be as simple, effective, and seamless as possible. Having been recruited in my roles prior to becoming a recruiter, I know what a true professional recruiter can do to help, and the frustrations of dealing with a recruiter that only wants to earn a fee. My goal has always been to give that "next level" of service to my clients and candidates so the experience they have in working with me is very positive, and reduces the stress and uncertainty that the job search and hiring process can sometimes create. I want to be your "Recruiter of Choice".Whether you are a hiring manager looking to build your team, or a job seeker looking for that next move, I use my experience working in the industry to really listen and learn from you what you are looking for, and develop a solution to help you get it.If you're interested in discussing your next career move, or ideas on how to improve your recruiting and interviewing process, please reach out to me at 541-639-3501, or by email at jking@rqfocus.com.
