Led development of Hershey’s first cocoa strategy - Cocoa For Good is a $500M commit to Sustainablity in cocoa communities by 2030. - Built numerous pilot programs to solve systemic issues in cocoa, such as land tenure documentation. - Worked extensively on child labor issues, expanding Hershey’s Child Labor Monitoring and Reporting System to 100% of West African sourcing by 2025 while increasing company transparency. Expanded ViVi school feeding program (Global Nutrition special assignment) into Cote d’Ivoire, working across NGOs, national and local governments Built Social impact program - the Heartwarming project's mission is help youth build meaningful connections and create more emphatic communities.
