The MOC team was brought in as a contract marketing department, responsible for developing and growing the Pnuma Brand. Our duties included: Brand Architecture, Branding, Strategic Brand Planning, Brand Marketing, Digital Strategy, Website Design, Website Development, Product Development, Brand Management. Throughout my career of working in the industry I have discovered one constant. If you surround yourself with good people who actually enjoy what they are doing you can make great things happen.My most recent work was the planning, conception and development of all Field market programming for the MillerCoors brands nationwide. The challenge was to connect multiple brands to specific regional markets to make them locally relevant.Preparing me for this role I had the opportunity to co-lead the MillerCoors Customer team for the US market. The role specialized in the partnership with national retail chains to build their overall alcohol category business through category reinvention, customized retail tools, promotional development and more. These positions gave me the unique experience in working with both corporate buyers as well as regional distributors. It allowed me to gain a more complete understanding of the balance between building brand and the importance of sales. What I have learned is that both must be strategically flexible in order to create real connections with a brand.
