Current• Financial Management: Develop and oversee annual budgets to optimize resource allocation.• Contract Management: Manage associations' contracts with consulting agencies, ensuring compliance, and maintain updated content such as whitepapers, sales materials, and company information.• Strategic Event Planning: Formulate comprehensive event strategies encompassing budgets, schedules, and logistics.• Venue Selection and Negotiation: Identify and secure suitable venues, negotiate contracts, and manage logistical aspects of event locations.• Content Collaboration: Work closely with content teams to design compelling event schedules and select relevant speakers, presenters, and entertainment.• Marketing and Promotion: Develop marketing plans, execute promotional campaigns, and employ digital and traditional methods to maximize event attendance.• Operational Oversight: Handle all practical aspects of events, including registration, catering, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and on-site management.• Vendor and Sponsor Relations: Cultivate and nurture relationships with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to enhance event quality and value.• Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event reviews, analyze feedback and results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
