Implemented data as a strategic tool internally and for plan sponsors utilizing industry data visualization tools.

COO for a SaaS company which serviced the largest clearing, banking, insurance and broker dealer companies in the United States. Established new technology development and process model for general product delivery. In a nine month period developed and delivered a New Account Opening Solution to one of the largest Investment services firm in the world. Deployed and went form 0 - 35,000 concurrent users in under 90 days. Turned delivery process around to deliver on time and with defined capibilities. Participated in establishing;ishing a joint venture with an industry leading FinTech services firm. Reduced missed SLA losses by 75% in six months. Integrated US and India based software and services development teams to successfully deliver product solutions delivering substantial improvements to delivery and cost savings.

Established new infrastructure model for the company in first five months moving from 66% internal availability to 99.9% availability. Noted in the media and by HP and Oracle for innovation by pioneering the move from 32 bit to 64 bit architecture. Substantially reduced processing times for critical applications. Was a member of the Board Level New Product and Technology Committee meetings for Fiserv at the corporate level.
