Jeff Koll is the Head of EMEA Center of Excellence at Zoom. In this role he operates as the EMEA Sales Leader for mass market, supporting the commercial efforts to bring in new customers to join the Zoom family as well as helping existing Zoom customers leverage the full breadth of the Zoom Platform. Jeff is the Office Leader for Zoom’s EMEA HQ in Amsterdam The Netherlands, that accommodates all functions and teams supporting the Zoom EMEA business. Jeff is an innovator and pioneer and thrives in international high-growth tech environments. With his inquisitive nature, authentic approach and servant leadership style Jeff drives results for the Zoom business and is an expert in building and leading successful and high-performance sales organizations in today's hybrid world. Previous to joining Zoom in 2018, Jeff was CEO and Founder of StageOne Consulting in Silicon Valley. During his tenure at the sales-consulting firm, he supported high-growth early stage tech startups with the launch of the sales side of their business, and help scale sustainable revenue. Jeff serves as an advisor to multiple companies in different capacities, supporting their EMEA expansion strategy and advising on GTM operations and execution. Additionally he is a Founding Member of the Sales Enablement Society in San Francisco.
