As a Manager of Customer Service Sales Marketing, I built and maintained a team chartered with the development and roll-out of 6 new computer service offerings including Help Desk Outsourcing, Multi-vendor Point-Of-Sale Support, and Reseller Computer Service Support. I also had roles in managing 15 sales support analysts that included analyzing multi-million dollar pricing models, and in recruiting and managing a team of 5 pre and post-sale support analysts who supported the multi-vendor service sales force on nationwide computer service sales efforts.
