A decade later I founded a landscape company that was twice named Business of the Year during its 20 years of operation. That led to speaking engagements on all aspects of sales and marketing, including relationship selling, social media, and content marketing. During that time my First Book, Built-In Social, was published by Wiley.As a SPEAKER and CONSULTANT, I've been teaching social media and content marketing practices to landscape, lawn and tree care, retail, hospitality, franchising, construction, and service business audiences since 2004. In 2016 we launched what is now True Nature Marketing, a marketing agency and consultancy.
