Officiating flag football games gave me the opportunity to be active while giving back to my University. As an official I had an absolute understanding of all flag football rules and penalties. Working multiple positions encouraged me to be flexible with my refereeing skills, and made me responsible for many important game crucial calls.-Controlled flag football games as a head referee by enforcing penalties, and being the only person to interact with team captains.-Impacted the flag football staff by being selected as "Official of the Week", and officiating in the competitive league championship game.

Responsible for representing the Jimmy Johns brand by either being the first person customers interact with at the register, on the phone, or during a delivery. While delivering subs freaky fast, I ensured that the order was made correctly, and the customer was completely satisfied upon delivery. As a cashier, I was trusted with handling money and giving accurate change while communicating with our customers.- Increased communication skills by interacting with hundreds of people per shift.- Worked with a team filling orders ranging from $5-$2000-Resolved any customer complaints by discovering what the problem was, and constructing effective solutions.

Coaching and training young athletes has provided me with the chance to combine my passion for volunteering with my unique baseball and leadership skills. I created and ran drills for youth baseball players while coaching them on being better baseball players, and better people.-Provided one on one instruction with young players that struggled with a specific task or technique.-Inspired young players by being a mentor and positive role model as a prominent member of the Barrington Baseball Community.
