Responsible for the design of mechanical systems in buildings including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systemsPerform design calculations and conduct research in applicable codes and technical publications as required for individual project needs.Prepare project documents including specifications, design drawings and reports Contract Administration activities including: the preparation of tender documents, reviewing tender responses and providing recommendations to the owner, reviewing invoices and issuing payment certificates, reviewing completed work to ensure that it complies with the construction documents.
