I'm an airline operations expert who leads a team of airline operations professionals to develop processes that create gains in efficiencies for JetBlue Airways. My 30 years of airline operations experience encompasses all phases of airline operations, including operations leadership, customer service, employee relations, and strategic planning. Attributed to my success is my ability to communicate effectively with staff and management gaining their buy-in and facilitating leadership. A project based effort, of mine, generated an annual fuel savings of $13 million for JetBlue Airways. Formulated strategy and introduced modifications in work conditions and compensation strategy, resulting in significant increases in “Crewmember Engagement” and “Trust in Leadership” scores.
