As business development leader for EY's Strategy and Transactions practice, I'm responsible for developing and deploying market initiatives across the Americas. I'm passionate about entrepreneurship and its transformative role in society. I have recruited numerous CEOs to participate in EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year Program, including two national award winners. I advise and mentor start-ups, and have published articles on corporate venture capital.I believe in the power of professional networks and have the privilege of managing several executive forums. Since 2019, I've led EY's Corporate Development Leaderships Network, where I facilitate peer-to-peer dialogue among the M&A leaders of Fortune 500 companies.
