Business operator, attorney, MBA and digital expert who has built and overseen leading brands across beauty, entertainment, sports and media in the U.S., China and Europe. As President of A-Rod Productions, I co-created and executive produce “The Corp” with Barstool Sports, which debuted as the no. 1 podcast on iTunes. I also managed Alex Rodriguez's numerous media appearances, including as a leading analyst for FOX Sports and ESPN's "Sunday Night Baseball," regular appearances on "Shark Tank,” "Good Morning America” and “The Today Show,” and CNBC's "Back in the Game.” I also served as the Chief Operating Officer of A-Rod Corp, overseeing A-Rod Corp's business strategy and legal affairs, as well as communications, digital/social media and joint operations and investments with Jennifer Lopez Enterprises.I was previously an attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, the leading M&A law firm in the world, where I represented numerous Fortune 500 and international companies in their most significant mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance negotiations. I have also worked at Yoox Net-A-Porter in London/Milan and the SEC. I am admitted to the NY and DC (inactive) bars and received my BA and MBA from Stanford, JD from Yale Law School, my Certified Personal Trainer license from NASM and an AJP in fine jewelry/retail from the GIA. In 2016, I became the only member to work out at every Equinox gym in the world and maintain the record at their 106+ locations.I regularly teach and guest lecture at Stanford Business (2018-present), Wharton Business (2020-present), Chicago Booth (2022-present), Yale Law (2020), Harvard Law (2019-2020, 2022-), NYU Law (2014-2015), Columbia (2015), Michigan State Law / Business (2020) and to corporate clients on negotiations, brand and reputation management, career transitions / pivots and learning from women in leadership. My research on women and Latin American presidencies was awarded Stanford's Firestone Medal. I previously taught International Relations at Yale College (2009-2010) and am a member of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations (2022-).
