As the IT functional architect and business owner, I am responsible for all aspects of the Talent Supply Chain Analytics portal operations. This includes gathering business requirements, directing the data architects and engineers and finishing with design and development of dashboards as well as ongoing support.• Led the end-to-end design and development of numerous analytic dashboards including the Services Procurement Supplier Scorecard, enabling performance management of service providers in this growing solution.• Responsible for supporting and enhancing approximately 200+ analytic dashboards within the TSCA portal that span hundreds of source systems and numerous technologies.• Periodically perform demonstrations and training to internal and external stakeholders of the TSCA portal. Providing guidance in best practices of usage and insights.• Lead requirement and development sessions with operations and off-shore vendors as IT product owner in the development of the next generation of the analytics portal.

Responsible for designing configuration standards related to key attributes in the processes of our MSP accounts utilizing VMS applications to enhance the generation of data and analytics capability. • Designed new standard configurations of our Vendor Management Systems used in all programs, enabling more detailed analytics. As well, I partner with the operations and technology groups in a data governance role related to any modifications to this design.• Led a VMS technology reconfiguration project within our MSP programs utilizing multiple VMS applications including Fieldglass (SAP), Peoplefluent, IQNavigator and others. This project was key to creating both operational consistency and efficiencies across the practice but also enabled analytic capability including automated supplier scorecards. • Participated as the operational data SME on the Talent Supply Chain Analytics strategic project. In this effort I partnered with data engineers and architects in the design of all database objects as part of the alpha release of the analytics portal which has led to internal efficiencies and market competitive advantages.• Lead regular global training sessions with operations and account management leadership on utilizing our analytics portal, understanding of analytic capabilities and insights.

Newly created position responsible for the people and processes related to data management and analysis supporting the Talent Supply Chain process including direct supervision and management of a team of Reporting Analysts, and ensuring the data integrity of internal and external reports and data analysis. Responsibilities include leading the effort (in partnership with IT) to create a reporting tool to support the entire Practice and the sharing of best practices across our programs, implementing efficiencies and standards in reporting across tools and programs, and continuously improving reporting output and analysis for programs and across the practice. • Developed and coached team members in both technical and analytical skills, elevating the team from transactional based to a consultative team, adding value to our internal operating teams and ultimately our clients.• Developed of a monthly KPI dashboard that delivered benchmarking capabilities across the practice, delivering monthly insights to the C-suite on program performance.• Led the development of a KPI dashboard used as a POC and ultimately leading to the development of a data warehouse that is being used as a cornerstone in Kelly’s key strategic focus of adopting Supply Chain Principles and analytics into the Human Capital Management space.• Supported the newly created Corporate Data Governance Department creating controls in use and scope of all areas of data creation and consumption.

Hired into a newly created position intended to be groomed into a Finance Management role. Partnered closely with the sales organization in making recommendations to senior management based on thorough business analysis of many of the more complex expense drivers, while working closely with Finance Director on complex accounting functions including budgeting, planning, and revenue recognition.
