For your strategy, what behaviors do you need from your sales force to execute? --Assess how well your sales staff executes these behaviors? --Provide tailored workshops and coaching for sales professionals and sales managers that teach 1 on 1 skills, provide insight into how a salesperson comes across (which, many find, is quite eye-opening), and skill practice on how they can be more effective. --Make headway on a challenging situation they bring in where they've had trouble advancing the sale. They get coached on it, and report 85% success in making significant progress on this when back on the job!STEM: Another niche we do a lot of work in is STEM--Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math Professionals, and those who work with and manage them. We have worked in situations where these professionals have great technical skills and are brilliant. But they don't have the greatest people skills. And when they have to work together, they don't communicate well, don't handle conflict very productively, etc. The result can be missed deadlines, diminished quality because 2 people are mad at each other and aren't communicating, etc. Managing people like this can be very challenging. We teach skills to help technical professionals work together more productively, and skills for their bosses to forge stronger relations and more productivity with them.

I performed and taught magic through high school, college, and after college. We did a lot of work for Famous Barr, a division of May Department Stores, back then at their Breakfasts with Santa, grand openings, and special events. Today Abra-Kid-Abra has its own party center in Webster, combining magic and inflatables into one super fun party! We also perform shows for schools, libraries, child care centers, festivals, and companies throughout the midwest. -
