In this role I am responsible for the strategy, go-to-market plans, and operational integrity for the company's strategic initiatives. The use of open-source hardware and software reduced expenses and supported the company's Agile development efforts. Open-source development and management tools were further used to exceed PCI requirements for PCI Level 1 certification. Through that effort I authored new policies and processes to ensure ongoing compliance. My organization introduced solutions that included enterprise cloud services for monitoring, management, and delivery of SaaS-oriented products and solutions. I supported the selection and integration of cross-functional business solutions including SalesForce®, ExactTarget®, SiteCatalyst®, and MicroStrategy®. My organization researched and developed the corporate international business strategy that included multi-national, multi-language social media marketing, value localization, in-country conferences, and client engagement. This effort required me and my team to travel abroad and manage the corporate marketing communication efforts that included integrated client surveys, customer segmentation, multi-channel media marketing, and automated email marketing to the company's registered clients. These efforts had a significant positive effect on client registrations. In this role I built the corporate intelligence teams for business, competitor, and market intelligence. The business intelligence efforts required my team to develop organization-wide KPIs and software for mobile-delivered interactive dashboards and via predictive sales forecasting dashboards. I supported the use of big-data capture and analysis solutions that included Cassandra and Hadoop for use in subsequent marketing and product development efforts. These effort led to the design and introduction of mobile and native web marketing solutions using big data.
