Senior technical position in the Process Burner Group. Responsibilities included, technical support of sales team, review of project drawings for process design and material selection, generated client documents (data sheets, operating manuals and rating curves), support of product testing and warranty resolution.

Supported various clients in the Petrochemical industry. Determined market pricing and appropriate technical solution for client applications. Job duties included negotiating commercial terms and resolution of conflicts regarding scope of supply between clients and project management team.

Lead day to day activities for a group of test engineers. Also supported review and approval of test reports, test facility upgrades, and coordination of test center resources.

Overseas assignment in Dudelange, Luxembourg. Managed a team consisting of process engineers, project managers and drafting. Provided technical support to sales in England, Germany, The Netherlands and other northern European countries. Also responsible for technical field support and allocation of resources in the test facility.

Conducted commercial testing of full scale burners to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Responsibilities included review of equipment set-up, validating performance during pre-run, running customer demonstration and writing test report documenting testing and results.

Responsible for handling small to mid-size projects. Duties included process design, drawing review, oversight of fabrication (in-house and sub-contracted), issuing client documents and coordinating shipment. Dealt directly with customer to facilitate progress updates, scope of supply resolution and ensuring prompt payment of progress payments.
