Throughout my career in software engineering, I have specialized in the field of medical devices and medical imaging. My experience spans across various esteemed organizations such as Integrated Surgical Systems, where I developed robotic surgical planning software on Linux. At FUJIFILM Medical Systems, I collaborated closely with radiologists on the globally recognized Synapse PACS web application.My tenure at Accuray has been particularly enriching, where I have been involved in radiation therapy planning and integrations. This work requires a deep understanding of DICOM, medical imaging, integrated workflows, and involves 3D medical image visualization and computation. I have had the privilege of contributing to numerous large-scale projects, overseeing them from requirements definition to field support. This exposure has fueled my passion for crafting software that is not only impactful, but also of the highest quality.In terms of technical expertise, I am proficient in programming languages such as C#, C++, and JavaScript. My roles have varied from being a developer to a technical lead, and currently, I serve as a Staff Software Engineer at Accuray. In this capacity, I am engaged in architectural design and the development of enterprise data models.I am a firm believer in the power of simplicity and modularity in design, and I place a high value on the quality of software. Over the years, I have refined my approach to defect prevention, which has enabled me to consistently deliver quality software within demanding timelines. I have also demonstrated my ability to independently acquire new technological skills as required by enterprise projects.
