Responsible for testing, evaluating and deploying endpoint security controls for Accenture internal employees. Currently leading the deployment and operations of Tanium to ~500k endpoints.

Assist with the 'business' aspects of workstation including managed services Ability to work with metrics, benchmarks Attend and assist with facilitation of weekly US workstation leads conference call to keep current on activities, issues, and projects. Facilitate and capture minutes on a rotating basis. Communicate with region regarding workstation related items such as postload changes, hardware and software upgrades, new hires, etc. Capture, investigate, solve, and/or escalate workstation related issues from other Technologists within the region. Manage the registration website to support hardware upgrade programs. Respond to customer feedback Test and evaluate workstation images, tools, scripts, procedures, etc. Work on special workstation related projects as necessary.

Responsible for support and tracking of information technology devices including workstations, printers, servers, network, and telephones in Chciago. I receive and respond to customer problems, issues, or requests; ensure proper documentation, tracking, escalation, follow up, and resolution of all incidents. ProvideTier 2 support for customer service requests. Exhibit proficient technical skills and excellent customer service focus in daily responsibilities.

New Hire Enablement Lead for Chicago responsible for configuring and deploying laptops with a standard Accenture image to our Accenture customer base of 6,000 based of out the 3 Chicago locations including St. Charles and Indianapolis. Requiring constant communication between all of our support offices in the U.S., our Human Resources department and the database that tracks international transfers.

Responsible for knowing and answering questions about policies and procedures regarding: receiving, storing, and disposing of our equipment. As well as tracking and auditing our laptops/desktops.
