In 5-short months, we developed a custom site where prospective agents could learn about the opportunity, take a customized personality profile, complete an application and take an online video course that walked them through the entire process. In all, 13-steps could be completed with or without employee intervention which would improve recruiting results, drastically reduce payroll expense, and improve overall user experience. In the end, the reduction in employee expense (elimination of existing positions) was met with resistance and the program was discontinued. -
