I am Managing Partner and CEO of Barley Snyder, LLP, a law firm of more than 120 lawyers with offices in York, Lancaster, Reading, Harrisburg, Hanover, Gettysburg, Malvern and Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania and Hunt Valley and Columbia Maryland. Over the course of more than three decades of practice, I have had the opportunity to organize hundreds of business and non-profit entities and to implement dozens of business and industrial parks, shopping centers and residential communities. I frequently handle mergers, sales and acquisitions of businesses, and counsel borrowers and lenders in sophisticated financing transactions. I have also successfully litigated numerous zoning, land development, and other cases in court and before governmental agencies. Resolution of business disputes forms a large part of my practice, as well.
