• Support, qualify and aide in development of tools used by RT Team to support hourly submissions to ERCOT related to resource status and energy offers while ensuring they maintaining compliance with all ERCOT and internal policies and collaborate with the Decision Support Team in the development of new tool and alterations to current tools.• Provide oversight to applications support/development personnel over internal tool development and changes (GAPS & Relay) and participate in user… Show more • Support, qualify and aide in development of tools used by RT Team to support hourly submissions to ERCOT related to resource status and energy offers while ensuring they maintaining compliance with all ERCOT and internal policies and collaborate with the Decision Support Team in the development of new tool and alterations to current tools.• Provide oversight to applications support/development personnel over internal tool development and changes (GAPS & Relay) and participate in user acceptance testing• Provide assistance to management teams for internal and external audits in data gathering and representation of facts• Coordinate with ERCOT and Luminant Power for required Summer and Winter drills, provide feedback on participation• Provide input to LUME’s internal Summer and Winter Assessment programs• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed for various groups and the Luminant Energy management team.• Develop and maintain the ongoing training curriculum for the ERCOT Real Time and Day Ahead teams that meets all training requirements while ensuring compliance with all required training rules, regulations and Policies. Ensure all required training is satisfied.• Maintain a training mindset on the RT Operations team that will lead to a best-in-class operational organization• Provide training on new or modified software tools and on changes to all laws, rules, regulations, Policies, and procedures that impact the real time operations team.• Assist in managment of QSE activites to support the effective, efficient and compliant operation of Luminant’s QSE.• Develop and facilitate classroom training for in-house seminars as needed QSE.
