Programming security panels for BofA systems. Consulted with program managers and install managers updating the scopes of work. Consulted with the system support team to setup and manage the Email2DB triggers that pulled from and updated SQL tables in MASterMind.

Programming fire and security panels for TycoIS, including uploading and downloading them, as well as putting accounts in and out of service, I also developed a process improvement for the MS SharePoint 2007 portal page. I created and updated technical documentation to aid in process improvement. Wrote minor JavaScripts to run on SharePoint to help when software or services weren't working.
