About I am an experienced, effective and people focused Operations leader. My storyAfter learning how to fly airplanes, I was recruited to MCI. I started as a telemarketer and worked my way into management. The leadership positions taught me how to excel as a leader in sales, retention, and customer service. Afterwards, I was recruited to corporate to lead the sales and analysis group where I managed the planning process for sales and compensation and eventually moved over to head the B2B and B2C Database marketing teams. These experiences taught me the strategy and execution side of contact centers and how to leverage process improvements to drive efficient outcomes. After MCI, I was recruited to PGI where I oversaw email marketing and worked on implementing a CRM to help optimize sales performance for the North America and European operations. While reporting to the CMO, I learned how to leverage strategy across continents to help turn around underperforming sales teams. From PGI, I was recruited to Comcast to create a new Telesales channel for the Central Division. As the first employee, I had to implement every part of the contact center from scratch. I ordered items from cubes to dialer software. Plus, I had to hire employees at all levels. Headcount increased to 1,200+ sales and support reps inclusive of both internal sites and 8 business partners with over 16 locations. We implemented B2C and B2B sales, and Inbound overflow. We increased revenue to over $90M per year. Our team delivered record-breaking Inside Sales results, and drove YOY revenue increases for 12 straight years while increasing customer satisfaction scores. How I'm different--Leadership DNA: Ability to start a new sales channel from scratch, launch new contact centers, and turnaround underperforming teams.
