As part of a strategic consulting project at the AGSM, I helped determine DPMC's best options to bridge the Indigenous entrepreneurial supply gap in Australia. The Indigenous Procurement Policy had helped initiate public and private enterprise activity to facilitate greater Indigenous inclusion in the traditional Australian supply chain. Our team focused on ways DPMC can improve Indigenous access to capital, increase mentoring services, and allow greater access to traditional business networks.

- I managed the downhole tools and personnel for the largest SLB CoilTOOLS market in the world. Our team of 30 engineers, specialists, and technicians accounted for a record $180M in revenue for 2014.- I provided operational and technical support, job planning, inventory planning, and QHSE tracking for our coiled tubing operations, all within the framework of downhole tools. These tools supported 26 full Coiled Tubing Units and $315M in revenue for 2014.- I mentored and trained ~30 specialists from 17 countries- I introduced new fiber-optic logging operations to Denmark/North Sea Market through execution of 3 operations generating $2.5M in coiled tubing revenue

- Upon completion of SLB's fixed training program, I marketed, designed and executed multiple 'First-in-the-World' operations, many of which involved the introduction of a new downhole flow tool to market. - I co-authored a SPE paper that detailed the new uses of the downhole flow tool and displayed our results.- I also continued to introduce new fiber-optic technologies to our geomarket. - I completed Schlumberger's rigorous Operational and Technical Schools, where I was 2nd in both classes, and worked as a Field Engineer 2. - I focused on the execution of operations utilizing Schlumberger's ACTive fiber-optic technology. My experience as an FE-2 included multi-lateral matrix acidizing, water-shutoffs utilzing inflatable packers and cementing, and Coiled Tubing Logging with ACTive.- I executed 27 operations that generated $20.2M in coiled tubing revenue

- I was responsible for all technical and operational aspects of Coiled Tubing field operations, including on-site execution- I planned maintenance of the equipment, managed relations with the client on field locations, and produced post-job deliverables. My exposure included Coiled Tubing Logging, Fishing, Nitrogen Kickoffs, and Matrix Acidizing.- I was also trained in Schlumberger's ACTive Technology, a fiber-optic conveyed real-time data acquisition system, including the downhole tools. I began exclusively executing ACTive operations as a Field Engineer 1.- I executed 13 operations that generated $7.2M in coiled tubing revenue

- I undertook extensive training of Coiled Tubing operations and equipment maintenance. - I developed my technical as well as operational skills by participating in operations including nitrogen kickoffs, matrix acidizing, fishing, and Coiled Tubing logging.- I participated in 9 operations that generated $4.1M in coiled tubing revenue

- I performed massive updates of all the undercarriage equipment in the state of Michigan, detailing past work order histories, inspections, and future work to be done. This allowed Michigan CAT to forecast undercarriage services for 2011, as well as create a sustainable means of tracking undercarriages using CAT's online database.- I trained 6 sales representatives to use and maintain the undercarriage database for future forecasting

- I developed process maps showing improvements using Michigan CAT's new Oak Adaptive business process software - I generated presentations highlighting the improved 'leaner' operations and associated cost savings for CAT's Dealer Expo 2010

I spent two summers working at Michigan CAT's HQ in Novi, MI. My biggest project was traveling to each of the CAT branches throughout Michigan to benchmark the square footage of the dealers to gauge usage (i.e. service bays, part storage, office space). I also helped implement a storage facility redesign for large pieces of inventory that would drastically reduce the time it takes the parts team to identify and collect the items for shipment.

I worked in the Parts Department at the Macomb CAT dealer. Most of my activities involved shipping/receiving parts, manual inventory counts and adjustments, and filling customer part orders.
