As a global administrator of an enterprise Entra ID tenant, managed GDPR, SOX, and Finops capabilities to manage security, costing, and billing for more than 300 Azure subscriptions comprising more than 6000 IaaS and PaaS resources.

Delivered APIs that eliminated the need for synchronization of order data and provided a foundation for improving fulfillment and order management activities, demonstrating sustained performance at 75ms per request, with up to 20 million invocations per day, running on low-cost single-processor Linux VM’s. Defined continuous integration, deployment, and delivery processes using Docker, Github, Jenkins, JMeter, Mocha, Istanbul. - Formerly managed software development for the Sales Workbench, a custom CRM system based on the Selectica configurator and pricer components.
