In my role as RSM and Subject Matter Expert for Therefore, I am responsible for both expanding business opportunities and supporting existing relationships in the Americas. This mission is accomplished by working with and through our exclusive US distribution partner: Canon. My current footprint of responsibility includes the Central/Northeast United States, Central/South America and the Caribbean Islands.

As a Subject Matter Expert for CSA's Enterprise Services and Solutions division, the DMSA is responsible for providing technical expertise which actively drives the sales of Canon branded Information Management software solutions including the IRIS and Therefore platforms, as well as the Laserfiche suite of ECM products.

Marketed Qualtrax Document Control Software to channel partners and iSO-compliant organizations with particular focus on the manufacturing vertical.Developed ISO-compliant solutions to affect process improvement in, among other operational areas; QA/QC, HR, Customer Service, and Compliance. Proposed solutions to, and executed sales agreements with C-level, and VP-level decision-makers.Developed extensive knowledge of ISO compliance, TS16949 (automotive) compliance, USDA compliance, and FDA compliance standards. Worked extensively in manufacturing environments addressing nearly every area of potential process improvement.

Managed all marketing and public relations efforts for this live music venue and special events company.Created all marketing material for the venue. Designed and sold marketing and sponsorship packages for special events (concerts, festivals, fundraisers). Negotiated agreements with government, Fortune 500 marketing departments, and large media outlets.Managed all facets of events including catering and food service, talent coordination, public relations, and logistics for events ranging from less than 50 to as large as 90,000 attendees.
