My personal goal is to make sure that our employees have first class sales support with sales and systems training, licensing support, and loan scenario guidance with a human touch. I take pride in making every new employee feel WOW'd when they start to get up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible. In 2013 I invested in the PHR Human Resources certification to ensure that our training programs were professionally developed and managed. Designed, developed and/or maintained several websites for the Dean of Students Office at the University of Kansas. Utilized several software programming languages including HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL and UNIX. When needed I assisted with general office processes like helping the front desk, answering phones and office errands.
