I joined Frontline as one of its first 25 employees. The e-learning startup was at the forefront of web-based training for leadership development and workplace productivity. I led the design team for projects such as SAP change management for Proctor & Gamble and the Adobe Photoshop 11 and Illustrator 11 product launches. As the senior designer on the product team which developed Frontline's e-learning platform, I brought a learner and customer orientation to the user experience and interface design of Frontline's innovative software.

Sometimes an early job experience sets your career path. That was the case with being the Product Manager at Bison Designs. What started off as a season job at a cool outdoor industry company turned into a four-year growth experience. Bison Designs was highly entrepreneurial, long before that became fashionable in business. The company leadership appreciated people with good ideas and the guts to pursue them. It was a culture I thrived in and I quickly advanced into management. As I completed design school at Platte College, I wanted to pursue work as a graphic designer and the time came for me to leave Bison. The experience gave me 360 involvement in a growing business, entrepreneurial confidence, and a launch pad for my career as a creative.
