Responsible for project conception, cost/benefit analysis and executive team acceptance. Led the implementation team, which included members from Sales, Marketing, IT and Communications departments. Resulted in operational savings of $300K annually, a 15% increase in Key Performance Operators within 18 months and was subsequently implemented with American and European business counterparts. - Led a special project for the company to partner with Regional Vice Presidents in developing target markets that were under penetrated. Test project resulted in a $200K sales increase in only 6 months. The project was established as the framework for future new region sales growth.
