For over thirty years I have been working with consultants and advisors to address the executive compensation and benefit needs for a wide range of clients.At the start of my career, I co-founded American Financial Systems, Inc., (AFS), a leading vendor of systems and services supporting the design and administration of non-qualified plans.I left the company in 1994 to work in an advisory capacity working with management and boards to structure compensation and benefit plans that motivate and retain the talent vital to business success. In this capacity, I served as Vice President and Director of Marketing with Lyons Compensation and Benefits, LLC, which was acquired by Clark Consulting in August of 2001, and as a Senior Consultant with Watson Wyatt, a global consulting firm.In 2004 I rejoined the executive ranks at AFS, lending my consulting experience to a team of service and technology experts who are deploying the next generation of plan concepts and services. Our approach enables plan sponsors to provide highly effective compensation and benefit programs where costs are managed through a funding strategy that is optimized to fit their unique goals and objectivesI hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colgate University and an MBA from Boston College.
