Responsibilities include administration of over 25 vital company applications, architecture, upgrades, and access. Advanced problem solving while interacting with server and network analysts. Respond to and diagnose advanced problems through discussions with analysts on server/network, desktop and hardware systems.• Interact with network services, software systems engineering and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems; simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operation difficulties; recommend, specify and configure systems modifications to reduce user problems.
