My role encompasses the management of the RPO, the planning, consultation and coaching of their business leaders and the project management of either functional or enterprise initiatives, process improvement or process re-design. I serve as a liaison between the RPO and our Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners and other Human Capital stakeholders, to ensure that we are on track to fill our Service Operations classes, within SLA and to mitigate any recruiting challenges. Service Operations positions include customer service, claims, and pharmacy tech. It’s my job to understand the Business, understand their hiring needs and the markets. In addition, I consult on labor availability, competitor information, hiring risks and the historical hiring patterns within each market.
