Provided strategic direction and sales leadership for a sales district in Chicago, consisting of 11 sales representatives, with annual sales in excess of $185M. + Developed sales strategies and tactics, led and motivated sales representatives resulting in numerous national quarterly sales awards and most prestigious sales award in Pfizer (Vice President Management Cabinet Award).

Led 20+ person air combat unit and a 30+ person air combat support unit. Set and achieved organizational goals, and provided objectives for subunits within the organization to accomplish.  Led the air combat rearming and refueling unit during air combat operations in Mogadishu, Somalia as part of Operation Restore Hope. Selected to field first UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter platoon in the 4th Aviation Brigade.
